Nothing but positive experiences with Miguel and his team. They framed our basement (so far), including a sauna room. When the sauna installer came out he said it had been a long time since he'd seen such square, well-done framing! Miguel is responsive, friendly, and talented! Would HIGHLY recommend.

We hired Miguel and team to finish an extra room in our basement based on a recommendation of a neighbor. He did an AMAZING job. His estimate was provided quickly and he stuck to the estimate - no surprises or additional costs. They did quality framing and drywall work and we have a room with smooth drywall, nice knock-down ceiling, and professional-looking trim and doors. He even did a little extra sound insulation for free that was not included in the estimate. We had no inspection issues. We also appreciated that he communicated effectively, as we always knew what time he and his crew were arriving, and they kept us informed as issues or questions arose to be dealt with. Committed to customer service and satisfaction! We had been searching for a company to do the drywall at our place for a year or more. We had some people come out to get dimensions for an estimate, but few ever called back with one. Ours was an out of the way location and had some requests that other companies just didn't want to tackle like multiple areas where drywall would end around exposed beams, as well as an area that opens the first floor all the way to the vaulted second floor ceiling. Not only all that, but though it was new construction, we had some furniture and appliances that both got in the way and needed to be moved several times as work progressed. Miguel and his son did an amazing job finishing my basement and doing the knock down on our ceiling! They were very prompt, personable and easy to work with I will recommend there business to anyone they are impressive!

I hired Miguel and his crew to help me build out my commercial space in Edina. They helped me with steel framing, drywall, and doors and trim. I have high standards but was also on a budget. I wanted some more creative components built into the design, such as arches and embedding artifacts into the drywall. Miguel was very accommodating and willing to work with me to get the design accomplished. There were a few things that didn't originally come out to my exact specifications, and he made the modifications without complaint and without charging me any extra. We had some very wavy walls from a previous tenant buildout that we had Miguel's crew skim coat.
