Hired Clear View to do our windows 2 weeks ago with consideration to their good reviews. The cleaners left scratches all over our new sliders. Contacted Rick, the owner, to please come check the damage. He said he's never had any issues in 17 years; possibly so but accidents happen so we asked him to rectify the damage. After me having to cancel 2 meetings and waiting, and 4 times of him promising to look at the damage, he failed to show or respond. Absolutely poor business protocol. So now we move forward...

We've had our windows cleaned by Clear View of Eastlake on 3 different occasions in the past 2 years. To simply say that they do a good job, just isn't enough. When finished, the windows sparkle, the screens are cleaned, & the window tracs are cleaned as well. Not a trace of dirt remains! They're efficient, work fast, and are very friendly. So, if your windows need to be cleaned, without a doubt you'll be very pleased with the results!
