Got called 3 times to send them payment but when I went to pick up the doors I have to be patient. Some guy starts screaming at us in another language. Cashier girls giving one word answers nobody around doing anything. For a place only open 4 hours a day you'd think they'd actually do their job.

To all contractors and architects, be careful and do not waste your time and money on this vendor! Worst service ever. It's been 4 weeks and we have not yet got an updated quote from them. We always got a response of "the quote will be ready by tomorrow" but the truth is that it never came after all the empty promises. 4 weeks later, with ZERO responses after several follow ups, the rep would tell you sorry that they've been too busy on other matters and not yet have time to work on the quote. Are you kidding me?! Not professional, not taking their business seriously!

Poor customer service, poor service, competitive prices to their competitors, I promise is not a promise. When they tell you what the doors are going to be ready it’s never ready in time and made it over for about $20,000 more than 30 doors A nice about of them came chipped and not finished. 2 of the Doors sent me the wrong jam they refuse to deliver it they want me to come down to pick up a new jam. It’s a waste of time to go to them. They competitive much are better same price much cheaper in delivery and in closet doors. Like exclusive doors and crown Millwork. Door, so shouldn’t get chipped. Other places charge less for delivery and if it’s a big order, they waive the delivery fee and the other places on my cheaper in closet doors regular door they are about the same price. I wish some

My dad bought doors here 20 years ago and I bought doors here 2 years ago. I went to at least 10 different places, they had the best designs and best prices. The doors are terrific quality and the the service they provided was above and beyond what you want. I highly recommend the place and the team there.

Doors are good quality & and they are good when it comes to taking your order. I have ordered two times from Midwood doors. The first time they got the wrong doors and the second time they gave me my doors incomplete. Both times the deliveries were between 2 weeks late and as a contractor that effects my job schedule.
