We had a tech, Daniel out to diagnose an issue with our water heater, I had already replaced two items, and the dispatcher diagnosed the issue an hour before the tech got here, and he laid on the ground in my bathroom for an hour tinkering with whatever ticking the clock just to finally communicate with me that it was the issue that the dispatcher predicted, I hardly heard any clanking or moving around during that time, and when I asked if he could drain and unhook the water heater at least so I could take it back and exchange it, and since my husband wasn’t home yet he tried to play me like a woman and sell me a water heater, instead of actually doing the task I requested, and just as he tried to get out of unhooking it for me, when my husband showed up he all of a sudden wanted to unscre

Just curious, what is code for discharging septic water at ground level of a residence, and is this how you usually do it? Asking for a friend.

Absolutely fabulous HVAC company. Have used them for installations, PM, and emergency services. Phenomenal people and felt very "at home" in a way where questions were allowed to be asked, no matter how dumb it sounded to me (the untrained user). Preventative maintenance on multiple furnaces, boiler unit, and come spring central air units. Installation on a new ceiling garage heater and water heater. Emergency services mid-January when the ignitor went out in a furnace unit.

Writing this review on Thanksgiving because I am very grateful for their work. Kevin came on an emergency call to replace the ejector pump in my basement. He had the old pump out of the house and the new one installed within 1/2 hr. He helped keep the time he was billing me at bay because he pulled a ready-to-go pump right out of the van, with all the fittings pre-installed. So, all he had to do was drop it in the pit. Not everyone would be that conscious of the time they bill their customers. Besides his expediency, he was the most competent contractor I’ve ever seen walk through my door. We have upgraded an electrical box, remodel a kitchen, remodel a bathroom, built two furnaces from scratch, replace about five air conditioners, three water heaters, added can lights to multiple houses, replace toilets, and so much more I can't even remember. They are our go-to for everything that we need when it comes to building or upgrading our homes. We've worked with them for the last 15 years and will never use anybody else. Highly recommend!
