My family had told me this was by far the best place around for heating & A/C. The super quick response time and knowledge was by far industry leading. They addressed my concerns, and gave me a full report on the old furnace after they had taken it out, and put the new one in. They even set up preventions on the exhaust of the furnace to prevent backflow in the future. They also had pointed out flaws in the A/C set up, which they corrected with new equipment. The air quality in my house is amazing right now. The heat is next level as well. The extra adjustments they made for us were really to put our minds at ease. I recently dealt with 2 other companies and they were trying to get over on me and sell a brand new ac when the one I had was less than 5 years old and fixable. This company is honest and reasonable. They do great work and aren’t trying to get over on their customers. I will be telling everyone I can about my bad experiences with the other companies and how wonderful RL Lyons is. I highly recommend getting their service plan as well to maintain the furnace and ac. If you are looking for a company that is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable with qualified staff and one that provides clear explanations of any issue you may have I cannot recommend R.L.Lyon enough. I have known the owner for many years and every time I have had an issue (once on a Saturday night at 8pm) he always provided a quick response. I recently had a furnace and central air conditioner installed and could not be happier with the service and competitive pricing. I highly recommend.

We contacted RLLyon Heating & Air for repair of furnace while temperatures were below zero. They came immediately, and determined furnace needed replaced. RLLyon quoted a price and once i okeyed the quote they ordered new furnace and replaced furnace , once they recieved it in shop. All the while they were swamped with business. RLLyon Heating & Air is the real deal, top notch service. I highly recommend them for your heat/service if ever needed!
