On 12/15, 10 days before Christmas, we had to shut our heat down due to saftey concerns. We needed to have 2 steam boilers replaced. Fran came out to inspect the system and provide a quote. He was very thorough, professional and full of knowledge. He went through our entire system to be sure it was sized correctly and up to code, instead of just replacing what we already had. He finalized our quote within 24 hours and had a team onsite 12 hours after we signed on the dotted line. Fran, Eric and Josh came out to start the removal/install process. They were the most courteous contractors I have ever dealt with. The job was completed, with city inspection and all on 12/19. Their fast response and compassionate service allowed us to enjoy the holidays warm and cozy. I would not hesitate to use

Our Gas furnace was not working properly. Heat would not go above 66 and ran constantly. Cleghorn Plumbing and heating came on a snowy Sunday, quickly diagnosed the problem and now it works great. They have done other work at this residence and always do great job.

Servicemen arrived within a few hours after I called saying I had a dripping faucet. They installed a new one in less than an hour. Very nice, clean, neat workers. We were very pleased.

Eric came to install a new garbage disposal. A very professional, polite young man who impressed me completely with his work and knowledge. When I called the office, Valerie was pleasant and polite. She provided an estimate that was close to the actual cost. Eric had to replace one plumbing part which was necessary. He didn't leave until making sure the new unit ran perfectly. Cleghorn Plumbing earned my respect and admiration. I will call them if future plumbing issues come up. I highly recommend them.

7/29/25 Again, service was immediately available, though I requested 8 am the next morning. What started out as repairing a weeping pipe, turned into full fledged replacement of several pipes. I could not be happier with the work completed, the professionalism of the plumbers is beyond reproach. I feel so comfortable with the extra work completed. What a beautiful job! They cleaned up expertly and expressed all of my options along the way. Previous review: Swift response to our emergency after hours call! Problem solved nearly immediately as the technician found the issue within minutes of his arrival. Heat was up and running with the hour. They arrived less than 15 minutes after my panic call!
