I used these folks to install our recycled asphalt driveway, as did many others in my neighborhood. They came out right away, got us on the schedule immediately, they got the asphalt laid. Their machine broke near the back of the project, so the oil wasn't spraying properly. Their guys worked their tails off, did the best they could with what they had. They were supposed to come back out and re-roll the drive and fix where the sprayer quit. At first, they promised several times to get out here and finish up, but it hasn't happened yet and they simply quit returning calls. Update: We contacted Clemmons to come back and add some additional pavement to areas where delivery trucks seem to short the turns. After repeated calls, Trevor did come and measure and then never heard from again even after repeated calls and messages. My point is if you want a company that does great work initially, I highly recommend them, but if you need follow up, then obviously this is a company that only cares about an initial sale and no repeat work. This is very disappointing as we fully anticipated on using them for any future road work and sealing, but will now go with a competitor who actually responds and follows through. We contacted Clemmons Asphalt Maintenance in Spring 2017. Ty Clemmons responded back to us in a very timely manner. We asked for two separate bids, one involving milled asphalt (recycled) and one bid for hot mix asphalt. The milled asphalt fit our budget and Ty informed us that the end product would virtually the same. He was correct. We are very satisfied with their professionalism, workmanship and the final product. We highly recommend them for any paving or asphalt maintenance.
