10 years ago Cleveland Plumbing supplied all of the fixtures for our newly built house and did a great job then. It’s now 10 years later and we just had a warranty issue with our sink. They were super helpful in getting it resolved. They earned a forever customer of me as a result of their integrity and true care for solving a customer issue! Couldn’t recommend Cleveland Plumbing Supply more.

Cleveland plumbing always has my supplies. I need to fix my plumbing issues. I came in to the parts department today and noticed the area back. There was cut down by about half of Wood. It normally was. Not sure why they would do that as it seems like they would not have as much supply back there to fix all of those expensive Plumbing fixtures that they sell. Sad to see that they kind of throw it in the back as an unsightly or not to go to place. Makes me think of a car dealership with its repair department. That is way off to the side because they don’t wanna deal with the repairs. They just wanna deal with the New item sold. I would think it would make hard for the workers to work back there with such small and cramp conditions with getting their parts.

Our garage drain cover rusted/broke. Cleveland Plumbing Supply was helpful in ensuring a replacement cover would be the right fit. Fantastic customer service.

I ordered a repair kit for an old Mansfield outdoor frost-proof faucet. (Their website is completeplumbingsource.com) I could not find the complete kit with handle, seals and vacuum breaker anywhere else in stock. I ordered it the afternoon of 5/12. Parts were delivered on 5/15. I installed it, now no more leaks and it looks brand new. Kit was well-packaged and obviously they shipped it ASAP. My one and only experience with these guys was GREAT!!

I needed a simple flapper for a toilet repair that I have to do every 3-5 years in my home. I went to Ace Hardware and bought the piece after consulting with an employee and showing pictures. When I went to install I quickly realized it was not the part for my toilet. I had to go back to Ace where I learned they did not carry the flapper I needed. Went to Home Depot and no luck there either but a friendly man from H.A.S. Construction also shopping told me I’d need to go to Cleveland Plumbing Supply as the part I needed and had purchased in the two previous stores for the last 15 years was no longer sold anywhere. When I arrived at Cleveland Plumbing John greeted me and was the first person that knew exactly the part I was searching for, got it and quickly rang me up and I was out the door!
