Very good gave personal service. Salesman I believe his name was Terry even walked me out into the warehouse to let me look at the doors. Didn't have what I needed but reminded me of the old school lumber yards they had when I was a kid.

This is an amazing lumber company. Prices and quality are better than the big box store. With old fashioned, home town service why would you shop anywhere else? This will now be my go to lumber source for all my future projects!

I am just a DIY homeowner that normally buys from the big box stores but someone recommended Cleveland Plywood for a primed crown molding purchase. I had been looking at the blue and orange stores but Cleveland Plywood had better quality trim at at much better price. Several months later I needed some primed shoe mold and for some reason didn't think of Cleveland Plywood and purchased a bundle at one of those other stores. I got it home and looked at it and the quality was horrible. I would have had to sand almost all of it before painting and then it would need to be re primed first. I took it back and went and purchased what I needed at Cleveland Plywood. The quality difference was night and day and was about half the price. HALF THE PRICE! I definitely recommend Cleveland Plywood. Yo

Went in to buy a replacement window for a French door. Had bought one here almost 5 years ago. The window was fogging in the center. Was prepared to buy a new one and the guy at the counter looked up my purchase and said it was under warranty. I left with a new window and a smile.
