I highly recommend this company and team! I had just bought a house and needed new vinyl flooring installed in the room I wanted as my bedroom. I was on a time crunch and Andrew was able to schedule me in. Andrew and Fabricio arrived and listened to all of my requests, when I returned it was exactly what I had asked for! I will be separating the closet space so I asked for different patterning. They were respectful of my home, property, and dog and had great communication. Will be using them again!! Andrew and his team do a fabulous job soft washing my roof and house. I have had them do this a couple of times in the past several years and it makes a huge difference in the appearance of my home exterior and I am sure extending the life of my roof. Prompt, courteous and professional always. Very reasonably priced. Thank you!

I am highly satisfied with Clever Property care solution professionalism throughout the entire process. Clever property installed new flooring in my home. The job came out great and they left the area spotless after completion. I will definitely be calling this company to complete more home renovations. Highly recommend!!

The Ferraz Cleaning company were very poor quality. They came to our house, saw the situation we discussed the job, a deep cleaning, they saw our 3 cats, said they had no problem with pets and we agreed on a price for a full days work, $400 dollars, and came in the morning but after about 1 and a half hour of work of a full day came to us and said they were leaving because they couldn't or wouldn't finish the job and left. Left us in the lurch as they say . Very bad service. Do not use them.

Ferraz Services was excellent! My house looks great after they powerwashed the siding, deck, porch, and roof. Their bid was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend Ferraz Services!
