Cliff has been my go-to for more than a decade because he is dependable, honest, and fair. Recently, when my water heater failed in the middle of the night and flooded my basement, I was completely overwhelmed. I left Cliff a message, expecting to hear back the next morning, but he returned my call within 15 minutes. He calmly walked me through shutting off the water to stop the flooding and promised to be at my house by 6:00 a.m.—and he was right on time. Not only did he replace my water heater at an extremely fair price, but he and his crew also used shop vacs to remove all the water. Cliff isn’t just a skilled professional—he’s a genuinely good person. I recommend Cliff Refrigeration & Air Conditioning without reservation!

If there was the possibility for zero stars, this business would have earned it. The owner has proven himself to me to be driven by greed instead of knowledge. He sold me a 4 ton central air unit, but I didnt need a unit because the problem was that the coils were leaking. Also, the unit he sold me isnt compatibility with the coils I have. So he tricked me into spending almost $3000 unnecessarily and takes no accountability for this fraudulent behavior. From my experience he cannot be trusted

This company is horrible I gave the owner money to do a job .He collected the money and been hiding from my family for 7 weeks. I made numerous calls and came by his business still no show. Please stay away from this company. The job is still incomplete I have to find a reliable company that is professional. I try to support our African American business. I will go elsewhere. This is a true disgrace.
