We just had our first Tune Up. Alan Corona was amazing! He thoroughly checked our AC and walked us through every step. He gave practical advice and solutions on how to maximize efficiency and improve the use of our system. We will definitely work with him going forward! We are so very happy with the services!

We got a post card in the mail for a/c service. Chris Hayes came and did our service. And let us know our unit was 32 years old. So told us we might get another summer, or we may not. With the summers we have, we couldn’t pass up the deal. Chris was so knowledgeable on the unit we got. It was like having a Friend giving us good advice on what we should do. He was able to schedule the install for a day later. The installers Alan, Shaun and Anthony did an amazing job! They were efficient and quick! They left my house clean or clean than when they came in. And they were very knowledgeable on the product too. And explained exactly how it works. I had the privilege of having the tech named Alan Corona service my AC unit today. He did a outstanding job and took his time to make sure everything was good and within spec. He was very informative and taught me quite a bit on what my unit is capable of and what maintenance is normally done the unit. He was very kind and professional in every way. I will be using climate care for all my future services and will always ask for Alan to service my AC and furnace blower.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the current condition of my system, which I really appreciated. He was courteous, professional, and made sure I understood what was working well and what to keep an eye on, without any pressure or upselling. After accessing the equipment, the technician was very careful to leave the work area clean and just as he found it. That level of attention to detail made a strong impression and showed pride in his work.
