Appointment was easy to schedule! Sam got me in with no issue. Ray was actually able to come earlier at my convenience due to a cancellation. I was glad to accomdate his time. He was super nice, came right in and got the job done. Very professional and just an overall nice personality! Will definitely use this business again and I highly recommend! My windows are as clear as when I purchased my home.

Ray and Sam provided the best Customer Service I’ve had in a long time. They answered all my questions and were flexible with my schedule. I previously used a different company two or three times but their service was mediocre. Ray arrived on time on a very rainy day to tell me in person that he would have to cancel because of the weather. While we were talking, the rain suddenly stopped. Ray immediately got his equipment and went up on my roof to clean the gutters. I will definitely use his company again. If you are alone and don’t have anyone to help you with your windows and gutters, Ray’s Vibe N Shine is the way to go.
