After YEARS of battling our home air conditioning unit, ours sputtered its last breath. We called several places to come give us a quote. We had a couple call back (most didn’t even bother doing that). We had a couple show up (those were from Benton) and give us quotes. Then we called Climate Control. Climate Control answered their phone, showed up when they said they would AND were much cheaper than the other guys. They were quick to order the unit and get us back up and running. The air conditioning in our house is cooler and quieter than it has been in years. We also feel good because we supported local. Thank you Jason East for running a great company with standards that are hard to find in today’s world.

Climates Control installed a new heat pump for me last Spring. Had some issues when operating in heat mode this Fall. Jason and his crew reacted immediately to evaluate and fix the problem and communicated religiously along the way. The support was vastly appreciated.

Robert, Service Technician just completed a thorough cleaning on our Trane Heating and Air Conditioning unit. Robert did an outstanding job. We just purchased the home 2 months ago and the unit was extremely dirty. I saw Robert walking real fast all around and in our house getting his job done as quickly as possible. You can tell Robert is knowledgeable, real experienced, pleasant, and extremely professional. Robert is an excellent representative serving as the face of Climate Control. After seeing Robert work and discussing Climate Control's Maintenance Contract, my husband signed a 3 year Contract. Please thank Robert for all his hard work. Professional and quality work! It was hot and my A/C stopped working. It was miserable and I wasn't sure which Heat & Air company to use. This company ended up being recommended to me. They were able to repair my A/C on the same day I called! I'm so Thankful to Climate Control Heating & A/C for working me into their busy schedule. My unit has not had any problems since the repair. Jason and his crew are great! We highly recommend them. Our A/C went out, unbelievably, on the 4th of July. They gave us excellent service that week to get us back running temporarily. We got their quote for a new system as well as 2 other local quotes. We sure are glad we went with Climate Control. They went above and beyond and we are so pleased.
