Horrible experience. Bought a machine and try to pick it up and they Say the boss went out of town for a couple weeks and I cant get it without him. The worst communicator! Won't answer calls or emails i live out of state and had to pay a tow company to drive there to see if they were there a couple times and threaten to call the cops. Then eventually pick it up weeks later only to have to dump over a couple grand to get it work ready. It was supposed to be a good machine. Don't buy from heavy rig folks……update!…….4 years later I just got the response from the owner. Says they always make it right. I never as much got a phone call saying sorry about going to Jamaica right when you bought the machine and never telling you that. And sorry I never answered any of your calls or emails or cal

I bought a used Dozer from Jason Taylor at HeavyRig. He was always quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails. I ask him what the good and bad was with the machine and he told me. He sent me a video inspection of the machine. He also encouraged me to come look and or run it in person. We settled on a price and made the deal. He did what he said and I did the same. I will contact him again if looking for machinery or equipment.

Liars Told me everything was fine except for one minor issue turns out it wouldn't start and had tons of issues missing windows missing tires absolutely horrible experience not to mention I drove 5 hours on trust

UNBELIEVABLE THIS SHOP HAS THE POOREST SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN AVOID AT ALL COST

Falsely advertised dump trailer as in good shape when in fact was heavily damaged and full of trash......NO SALE
