We recently lost heat overnight during a snowstorm where not only we got almost 2 feet of snow but the temperatures have been soooo cold. Jake had Cam out to the house quickly to diagnose the issue. Turns out our old machine had many system failures and it was time for a new one. Cam was timely, professional and very helpful. We are now up and running with our new heating system - thank you Jake, Cam and the whole team!!

I cannot say enough good things about Leonard and his entire crew. From the moment they showed up, it was clear these guys actually care about doing things the right way—not just getting in and out as fast as possible. They didn’t just fix the immediate issue I was having; they took the time to thoroughly diagnose the system and uncovered serious mistakes made by the previous installation company. Instead of ignoring it or slapping a temporary fix on top of bad work, Leonard walked me through exactly what was wrong, why it was wrong, and how it should have been done in the first place. There was a minor issue with an employee, I was not completely satisfied but the Office Manager, Nicole, took full responsibility, did not make excuses and absolutely went above and beyond to resolve the issue and make sure I was completely satisfied. I am a realist, I understand no company is perfect, there are always going to be issues but Customer Service goes a long, long way with me and others I'm sure. I communicated with her on the weekend to resolve this emergency, she took time out of her personal schedule, she was not getting paid but keeping a long time client was clearly a priority to her. We have Climate Design Systems installed two new heat pump systems and helped us to obtain the mass save rebate. The installer not only did an excellent job but also solved an old problem that two other companies didn’t solve. That was a connection of the existing pipes in the attic were totally off and there was little air to the master bedroom. He took an extra effort to look for the leak and resolved the problem. As for the rebate, after an initial glitch the company assigned an experienced person to help us and we received a full rebate from EVERSOURCE of $5000.
