Wow.. what a great experience. Dominic was polite, professional and such a pleasure. He was so considerate of our cats and their safety, showed us everything he was going to do and explained everything thoroughly when he was done. The before and after photos were a HUGE difference. I could not have asked for more. We will be returning customers for sure.
Dominic was excellent in timeliness, communication and demeanor throughout the service. Let me know any issues he saw and had recommendations/insight for maintenance. Will do business with again
Had issues with our ecobee. Ryen came out first thing. He was attentive, thorough and so personable. Highly recommended climate king.
Climate King promptly returned my call, sent someone out the same day, and two lovely gentlemen diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. No one likes paying for these kinds of repairs, but at least Climate King made it a pleasant process.
Dominic was on time, friendly, informed me what he'll be checking then informed me of next steps. Fixed the problem. I have heat. Definitely a 5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. I will definitely be calling climate king in the future. Thank you 😊
