I wanted to get my house resided and because of the excellent work done in 2018 on a complete roof tear off and replacement, I called Expert Contracting. The estimate of what I was looking to have done was very reasonable and acceptable. I am completely satisfied again with the results I got.

Expert Contracting was the best roofing decision I made out of at least 3 estimates. They were the most reasonable. First, they clearly exceeded my expectation in every question, details and email and texting exchange. Kathy was helpful in getting the estimates completed to my needs. Andy contacted me with every decision point. The crew was fast, reliable and did a fabulous job with the roof, gutters and especially the clean up! They are truly experts! After much research and conversations with contractors, we hired Expert Contracting to do a complete exterior upgrade of our nearly 100 year old home. New brick chimney, new roof, 15 new windows, 3 new storm doors, all new trim, facia, soffits, a combination of shake and clapboard siding, and gutters. It was an extensive job. The crew that gave us the new look was efficient, paid attention to detail, and had the skills and equipment to complete the job correctly. Great work, fixed any issues that I had. Communication could be a little better but job came out really nice! Clean up after was very good. Definitely worth having them give you an estimate!
