Climate Masters

Climate Masters has excellent customer service, and they are a very professional operation. I have been using them for a few years and always pleased with their work. They are always on time and treat you like they want to be treated. They are "good people" that you can depend on to do an excellent job. They listen to you and answer all your questions. Their prices are very reasonable, and you know you are in good hands when you need their services.

We have been using Climate Masters (Brian Williams) for years without a problem. Then we had an issue where we needed to move our ac units to do some construction. We got a quote for $2,000 to move the units “2 feet or anywhere in the yard”. We moved them around the corner of our house and then received a bill for over $4,700 with insufficient explanation as to how the price more than doubled. This is not just a complaint for a quote that was misleading (at best) but he demanded payment without explanation and then didn’t finish the job. He left holes in the exterior walls, filled others with foam, that are unsightly and won’t last. He left an interior wall with a gaping hole and didn’t even replace the ceiling tiles he removed. We are so glad our friends recommended climate masters! Our AC unit stopped working and we had a large ATL company come out and try and convince us we needed all 3 of our units replaced at a very expensive cost. We decided to get a second opinion and Austin with Climate masters charged no “diagnostics fee”, turned back on the units they turned off, and quoted us almost 4 times less for a hot water heater and new AC units. He genuinely had our best interest at heart, did a great job installing a new hot water heater since ours was severely corroded and fixed a part on our AC unit that needed to be fixed. We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Outstanding! Reliable, honest, and best of all, qualified. My mother almost got ripped off by one of Atlanta's largest heating and air companies. Brian came in and could have simply offered a better price. Instead he told her that her unit was still under warranty, that it was perfectly healthy, and helped solve a power regulation issue that the previous jokers said wasn't a problem! Same day fix, too. Incredible. Climate Masters earned 3 customers for life.

Another FANTASTIC experience with CLIMATE MASTERS! Didn’t know why, but my upstairs AC was shutting off after about four hours of good work. Staff here is friendly and efficient and set up my appointment for the very next day. Brian came, figured it out quickly and worked his magic so we were up and running right away! I’ve worked with CLIMATE MASTERS for almost 20 years and I would never choose another AC company. I highly advise that you do the same!
