Nick, Coleman, and Carson came to do a HVAC full replacement . They were professional, thoughtful, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They kept us informed about everything that was being done and completed the job smoothly and efficiently. Just had a new system installed. We had to call because we felt some rooms weren't getting warm enough. Andrew came out to check on the issues and he was great, found what it was right away. I appreciated the way he explained what he was doing as well. Highly recommend!

I've used Climatic since 2009. They have installed 2 Carrier air conditioners, thermostats, soft starts on 2 compressors, 2 whole home humidifiers, thermostats, sensors, 2 gas furnaces, and additional cold air return, an extra air vent and line, and a hot water tank (done when putting in one furnace) over the years. They have also worked on and repaired the systems. The last installation was whole home steam humidifier, and I know that I received a fair price on that furnace. I've always been able to reach out directly to the owner for problem solving or information.

I had Climatic replace both of our 4 ton systems in our home with Carrier Infinity products. I got two additional quotes as well and I'm very happy I went with Climatic. They not only matched the lowest quote price wise, but they have shown me that they take pride in ownership. Recently we've been having an issue with one of the unit's air cleaners. They have replaced it twice now all under warranty without issue. We also had a small issue with a faulty overflow switch and they quickly replaced it. The only issue I see is that their warranty does not include after hours so just be aware of that. I would highly recommend working with Sonny the owner of the company. My heat pump went out at 4 pm on Friday and since I still had gas heat, the tech (Ron) came out on Monday morning. He discovered that a wire had shorted and cause one terminal on the capacitor to melt. The capacitor still tested fine but he recommended that he replace it in case there was unseen damage inside that might cause it to fail later. Best part is that he found that the part was still under warranty (for 5 months more) so that saved me money. Ron is always pleasant and willing to share information about my system and it is a pleasure to have him service my system. Climatic is definitely my go-to company for HVAC.
