It can definitely be challenging for a new driver to back a 53’ trailer into this dock, but it’s not impossible! Make sure you begin backing from the street and then setup your trailer like any other dock and you’ll be fine. Good luck drivers!

Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Tried to get replacement panels and they couldn't even call back. They closed the ticket with zero communication. Find someone else. These people are absolutely horrible. Additionally, the doors are NOT solid wood. They are cheap, cheap, cheap. Not worth the money.

*TRUCKERS* Great company and very patient just back in from the street with the tandems all the way to the front and use the driveway in front to help do a straight back in to make it easy! The employees is very nice and professional… Just take your time and you will get it in.

If you're delivering here, you have to back ACROSS Glen Alden into their lot. Back all the way to dumpster, now forward to right corner, made sure tandems are on your trailer arrow. Now slowly back it in, steers will go over curb but it's not as bad as it looks. Guys there are super cool and get ya in and out pronto!!!

avoid! definitely not for semi trucks! tight and made for straight truck! avoid if possible
