From the very beginning, Keith was friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive to what we were looking for. He took the time to understand our needs and worked closely with us to tweak the designs so everything fit comfortably within our budget. We also really appreciated how transparent and competitive their pricing was. Their quote came in about 5-7% lower than what we received from Closets by Design and a few other companies. Love our new installations!! Walk in bedroom closet, laundry room and office built ins add so much useable and beautiful space to our small condo. Sam Schmidt was delightful to work with and her designs were functional and aesthetic. Viktor P and Marko did an amazing job installing in our condo which has no even floors or walls. Had a great experience with Closet Factory updating all of the 5 closets in our new home plus our pantry! Shimaa was absolutely fantastic to work with -- extremely thorough, professional, thoughtful with her design guidance, easy-going, and communicative throughout the process. I interviewed four different companies and decided to go with Rebecca from Closet Factory. Of everyone I met, Becci was the one who seemed truly devoted to my project. From start to finish, Becci went out of her way to make sure I was completely happy. Our installers were great too! I remember Vadim, but his partner's name escapes me. At any rate, both were clean, polite, professional, hard-working, respectful. I would recommend Closet Factory to anyone and I will use them again should I have a future project.
