My experience with the Closet Factory in St. Louis was great from start to finish. I knew I wanted to transform a good sized office (connected to the bedroom) into a large dressing room. I went into the project having no sense of what the cost might be. I worked with Kris Beaton as my designer. On her first visit she took some measurements and was able to give me a rough minimum cost. She was very transparent on pricing and the scheduling (at the time I finalized design they were scheduling installations at least 90 days out). I was pretty particular on some of the things I knew I wanted/didn’t want. We went through MANY design iterations and Kris was always happy to make the adjustments. I had the absolute best experience working with Katie during the sales and design process. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me come up with creative ways on how to solve my lack of storage issue. I cannot be happier with how the final product turned out. Joe, the installer was fantastic. Courteous, professional, and an absolute perfectionist when it came to getting every last detail right. Installing the wardrobe system and then re-organizing our small existing closet the best decision we’ve made. It makes our life so much more functional on a daily basis when we can get to our clothing and shoes with ease.

From the initial call, The Closet Factory was prompt in setting up an appointment for our designer Katie to come out to meet with me. She did an excellent job in designing my custom closet to what I had envisioned and gave me pointers as to what would work the best. I really appreciated the fact that Katie did everything right there at my kitchen table so I didn’t have to wait for initial design or a price. I recently had my closet and laundry/mudroom customized by Closet Factory. The journey started off with a consultation with Linsey Worth who is amazing and pays attention to details. She didn’t view me as just another client. She was very thorough in explaining everything in details. She took measurements numerous times for accuracy. She asked the right questions based on her assessment of everything that needed to be stored in the closet. She presented many options to me but understood my budget. Rob R was my installer and did an amazing job customizing my closet and laundry/mudroom. He was very nice and professional the entire time.
