Closet Factory

We love our master bedroom closet system from Closet Factory! From start to finish it was a positive experience! The photos don’t do the finished product justice. Mandi was our designer and she worked with us to design a system that exceeded our storage needs yet stayed in our budget. Because our install would only take 2 days we were scheduled very quickly…just needed enough time for production. Our installer Zeb is a one-man powerhouse! He’s detail oriented and committed to building a quality unit that looks amazing and makes use of all our space. His carpentry skills are excellent ….He made a design recommendation that really made an unused area even more useful and appealing to the eye. The only thing we were surprised at was how much time the installer actually worked at our home

Had a great experience with the Closet Factory. Mandi was super helpful and easy to work with in designing the space and providing us with many options to choose from. They communicated very well throughout the project from start to finish and Bob did a great job installing everything. We love our closet and are already saving up for them to tackle our laundry room next! Definitely worth the money you pay for their services

I have used Closet Factory for two projects, a master bedroom custom closet and a custom wall unit in our living room. We are very pleased with both. Our designer, Jennifer Lewis, is fantastic. She is super consultative and very open to collaboration. She asks tons of questions and even measured things we wanted to store so that the shelves and drawers would accommodate everything. Very thorough! There were delays in fabricating some of the components of the wall unit (due to Covid), and the communication from their office wasn't great, but once the delays were resolved, the end result is beautiful. (I'm rating a four only because of the poor communication. The designer and the end result were both solid fives.) I would definitely use them again for any closet or organizational pr

We redid our bedroom closet. We had an excellent experience with the whole team. Rick Staller who designed the space listened attentively to our needs and created a design that we liked. It was very easy to communicate with the office ( Candi Krause ). The wait time for the project to be completed was reasonable. The installer( Chris ) was exceptional. He was very polite, answered our questions regards the installation, did a nice job and left the place clean when he was done. We did not know anyone that had used Closet Factory, but since it a Costco affiliated company we had confidence that they would do a good job. We are very pleased with our new closet.

Posted hours 7am-6pm every day except Sunday. We show up to the warehouse at 2pm on Saturday...blinds closed doors locked and no posted hours on the business door. Edit: Thank you to the owner for reaching out. I've upgraded the review based on your interest and concern for remediating the issue.
