Closet Factory

I really want to give credit where credit is due to Amy Mendez for her incredible work in the Dining Room area of my home. Actual words cannot do justice to what she accomplished for us, but I will break it down so that her talents will get the credit that she deserves. We came from a very large (4877 sf 7 BR) home in Pennsylvania about a year and a half ago and had to “shoehorn” that 4877 sf into 2850 sf and 4 bedrooms. Logistically that is tough and inevitably must get rid of things to reach the mission requirements. You also have to be very logistically creative to use EVERY inch of space. I had such a great experience with Closet Factory for my custom cabinets! From start to finish, everything went so smoothly, and the team was fantastic to work with. Carolina, my design assistant, was amazing. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me great ideas I wouldn’t have thought of. She was patient, professional, and so easy to talk to—she made the whole process fun instead of stressful. When it came time for installation, Ahmed was incredible. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were beyond impressive. He worked carefully and left everything spotless when he was done. I had an amazing experience working with Designer Megan De Risio’s and the installer Reinel. He installed the custom closet in my home, and the results were beyond my expectations. He was punctual, professional, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. Just had a beautiful wall unit designed by Lelani and installed by Leonardo Santana. Lelani did an incredible job designing everything we wanted along with some of her ideas which was the best. Santana installed our unit. He was the kindest and hardest working installer I have ever met. He was prompt, neat and cleaned up everything. He was also a very nice gentleman who always answered all my questions. Thank you to these wonderful people!! Very professional!!
