When I initially called I got Laura on the phone she asked about issues I was having and asked for pics. I sent everything to her and within 10 min she text back what they thought it could be and cost if that was good let her know and they would schedule me which I did right away and nothing so I called the next day and got the Eric and he said had an emergency would text me finally another day later got a text with a time and day. He didn’t show so 25 min after scheduled time I called to see if still coming he didn’t answer so I text to see what was going on and he sent me a text he was under the weather would need to reschedule. No calls no updates nothing.normally if issues right away I move on but had such great reviews was really hoping for a better outcome . I called another plumbe

Eric has completed two installations for me. A new water heater and a new Halo Water Softener system. He is very responsive and reliable. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to have any water system installed.

WHE are the best! If you need a hot water heater repair or replacement, these are the folks to call. They responded immediately. They were able to come the next day. They arrived when they said they would. They removed my old heater and installed the new one in 1 1/2 hours. Left everything clean. I found their price reasonable. Good value. Organized and professional Truly impressive!

Water heating experts did a wonderful job. They were very understanding with having to have a water heater put in on the spur of the moment because the other one broke. Very professional went right to work cleaned up. Everything explained everything and within a matter of a couple hours, I have a hot water tank working. I thank them for responding to my phone call .
