Closet Pros

Lovely shop, quality products, seasoned owner. Staff needs customer service training. A few weeks ago I stopped in and purchased 10+ pieces for my new master bedroom renovation project for which I paid +/- $700. I worked with a sales person named Lisa. Here is a description of my experiences with the staff: When my order was complete and paid for, I asked Lisa if I could use your bathroom. She said "NO". I asked again as I did not have my car there and I was waiting on my husband to pick me up. She said "NO" again. I asked a third time, nearly in tears, and practically pleading, at which point another sales person (Laurie Anne?) stepped in and apologized for Lisa and showed me to the lavatory. I was humiliated. I recently had new cabinets installed in my kitchen. I was not pleased at all with their look until the hardware I purchased from Closet Pros was added. The hardware is high quality and Laura's knowledge and guidance helped me make the right choice. Scott, their installer did a fabulous job! I highly recommend their products and using their installers.

Stopped in the shop. Spoke in detail about what we wanted with the manager. After several attempts to have her come out to speak with us, she finally came out. Needs customer service training. Met carpenter. Set up appointment to come to our house and they never showed up

The initial in-house consult was very impressive - thought at long last I had found the person / company to handle the tricky spaces that needed effective built-ins. Sadly, that's where it stopped. The promised turn-around of one week for a proposed design & quote turned into a month, at which time I asked whether or not my project was worthy - and if not, to say so. Was promised it was worthy, but wound up waiting another month - amounting to total of 2 months before I rec'd the proposal. Sent an email back immediately w/ 2 minor questions, and another month went by. Contacted them again, asking where things stood ... NEVER heard back. SO disappointed ... the owner & company was referred to me by another local business owner whom I'm sure would be disheartened to learn their refer

We are using ClosetPros for a large closet system. They have proven reliable, high quality and at a very good price. Their shop has many unique items and there are great choices of colors and hardware. Please ask for Kurt and he will peersaonally see that your closet is done with care and excellence.
