Closet World - Industry

We hired Closet World to install two large closets for us in my wifes dressing area. After completing the design with their representative the installation was scheduled for 10 days later. Their installer, Andrew arrived on the scheduled date and time. He was a real gentleman who worked hard, fast and efficiently, doing outstanding work. He was just impeccable with his workmanship and kept everything clean and neat even during installation. When it was all done he left everything as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. While he was here his cheerful demeanor made it nice to have him in our home. He is one hell of a great ambassador for his company. His work, and he as a person, made us glad we chose Closet World. My initial experience with Closet World was not great as the first designer that came to my home never followed up or returned multiple messages I left for her. But when I finally was able to get another designer to finish my consultation, everything went smoothly. The install team was very professional and did a great job. I'm very happy with the design.

Our closet designer and coordinator, Kayla Sparks, was really sweet and thorough. She originally came a few months prior to this project starting and my husband was not home during that time. A few months later, I asked her if she could return on a day where he was home from work and she was amazingly flexible. She also redesigned a couple of our closets to suit the needs of my husband. I thought that was really cool of her to do that. She was also easily available via text message to soothe my construction jitters. Our closet installer, Matthew, was a sweet young man. He was polite and respectful of our home. He had a wood cutter of some kind in our front yard and he cleaned up all his mess/trimmings after the project was over. Silvia did my consult . She was great, very welcoming and understanding of my needs. Joe installed my closet organizer. He was very fast and efficient. He explained how to modify my shelves and rods to accommodate my closet needs. Thank u so much, I finally have a closet I love !

Excellent and knowledgeable sales person who knows her job and deliver. We approved her layout and got a fair price. Installers we on time , experienced and worked as a great team. Perfect installation of our Murphy bed and 8 cabinets in our garage. When I went out to see the finished installs everything was wiped down and the floors were already spotless. …..value received!
