How do you lose paperwork for a preloaded trailer then say there’s nothing there for you to pick up when you give them all the correct paperwork pick up info. Plus you have to talk to someone through a door they refuse to open? What is this? A speakeasy? The reviews are true. Stay away from here.

Had a 6pm appointment was loaded and gone by 7:30pm. I was the only truck there so was easy to turn around and back in to door. If other trucks had been there it would have been very difficult to blind side in. Very tight and pallets out in front of you limit your space greatly.

OTR Truck driver delivering here. My appointment was at 8am and I got here at 7:15am and was unloaded and leaving by 8am. Super easy for me. No pallets in the way at all.

Couldn't give it a 1. First off Guard at gate thinks if you're appointment is 6am you should show up at 6am wrong. Any traffic and you're late. Never do that. Appointment was for 0600 I got loaded at noon. Hire a new fork lift driver are get with the program and speed up. You wonder why drivers get attitude. Well now you don't have to wonder anymore do you precious.
