Closets by Design - Chicago

We had a great experience working with Closets by Design. Our at-home designer, Amanda Santiago, was fantastic—very easy to work with and really listened to what we needed. She even provided hand sketches during the consultation, which helped us clearly visualize the design for our two closet spaces. The installation team (Kevin & crew) brought everything to life. They arrived right on time, first on their route, and worked efficiently while being very respectful of our home. The quality of the work and attention to detail really showed. We love the final design and the overall outcome. I would definitely recommend Closets by Design to anyone looking to upgrade their storage or repurpose a closet into a mini office (Cloffice). It’s also great knowing we’re supporting a local business!

Closets by design is my go-to for built ins. When my husband and I bought our house, we hired them to design a beautiful closet system for our walk-ins in the primary and second bedroom. When the time came to build a huge built-in bookshelf for our living room, we knew who to call. Udeerna came to our home and was able to talk us through our options and then draw up the design right there. We are so happy with the newest addition to our home. Their installation team was on time, fast working and professional. We can’t wait to fill our bookshelf up with books and knock knacks. Thanks to the closets by design team!

Consultation went well, although a bit lengthy, installation was great! Install crew did a wonderful job not making a scratch of paint on our freshly painted closets. Happy with the product and install, and the price was right for 3 of my closets. I Recommend Closets By Design for your new closet, as the system uses the floor and walls for securing your new closet unlike other companies.

We absolutely love our new walk-in closet! Our designer, Abu Adam, was incredibly professional and attentive to every detail we requested. He came to our home, took precise measurements, created a beautiful layout, and followed up to make sure everything turned out perfectly. Closets by Design also honored us with a generous military veteran discount and added additional promotions available at the time, which made the experience even better. The installation team was just as impressive—professional, efficient, and able to complete everything in just a few hours. We couldn’t be happier that we chose Closets by Design for our project 🧡. The results were worth every penny!

We had our daughter’s laundry room done. There was some problem with size of the cabinets for space but I give them a great deal of credit. Even before the end of the day they had new cabinets brought to the site and completed the job on time and beautifully. Nice job. Kudos to Cindy who handled the issue with excellent care and concern.
