Closets by Design - Dallas/Ft. Worth

Highly recommend! One thing I did learn was that remodeling a closet, no matter what company you use, is pricey so once you are okay with that then you pick your company and this is the one! Mary was our designer and she is amazing so informative and fast! I told her what we wanted and she had the plans drawn out & ready within minutes it felt like! I personally spoke with her boss, Robert, very nice, personable guy who was able to provide a better price due to our occupations which we were so thankful for. Then the 2 installers, Alex and Michael, came out to do the project and it was done within a few hours and the work was spectacular. I was so impressed, the process was seamless, and we are so happy with our new closet!! I cannot thank Mary enough for her hard work and can’t wait to do

I had a closet organization system put in my guest bedroom walk in closet this week. It is amazing! The installers were very professional and worked so efficiently. The design was perfect and well executed! Very happy and would highly recommend! I am so appreciative to Eveleine for her fantastic work on listening to what I wanted and designing it perfectly.

Wonderful experience with Closets by Design! Took a bit to get our design just right and they worked with me all the way through. Install went super fast and smooth - no issues at all. We love the new look of our 2 new walk in closets!

We had Closets by Design do a full wardrobe build-out along one wall of our guest room and also rework the existing small closet in that room to make it much more efficient. From start to finish, the experience was honestly great! Rachel, our account rep, and Brittni, our designer, were both wonderful to work with. They were incredibly patient as I changed my mind on finishes and added a few things along the way. I never once felt pressured, and Brittni was honest about what we didn’t need or what wouldn’t be the best fit, which I really appreciated. The install teams were just as great. Marcus and Fletcher handled day one, and Jeff and Gerardo finished everything on day two. Everyone was on time, professional, very friendly, and clearly cared about doing quality work. 5 stars is not enough. Our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Dhyana helped us throughout the design and the team that installed was professional and they left the job cleaner than when they came. They did such a great job. I feel so good just walking into my closet. I am now scheduling Dhyana to organize my garage. Check out my photos. I’m so pleased with the quality and the results.
