Kara, our design consultant, was a delight to work with—professional, efficient, always on time, and incredibly helpful in making sure we achieved exactly what we wanted. The installation by Bob and his partner was exceptional. Bob was very thorough in explaining the process, and the final result turned out even better than we imagined. They were meticulous in their work and left everything in pristine, spotless condition when finished. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product and highly recommend Closets By Design

I’m so EXCITED! I hired Closets By Design to come in and re-do my art studio/office. Between all of the art supplies I have for my use and for teaching classes I just couldn’t fit anything else and my makeshift storage was overwhelmed. The space just wasn’t workable anymore. Alexia, the designer came out and truly listened and understood what I needed. She designed the space perfectly for my needs. The installers, Anthony and Ben, were great and very professional, kind and respectful. They worked hard and did a great job. Well, it is all done and all my stuff is back in and organized. We had an amazing experience with Closet by Design! From start to finish, everything was professional, organized, and exactly as promised. Edwin was absolutely outstanding. During the installation, they realized a part was missing — and instead of delaying the job, Edwin personally drove all the way back to Cape Coral to get it so the project could be completed the same day as planned. That level of dedication and commitment to customer service is rare these days. He made sure everything was done perfectly and kept his word about finishing on schedule. The quality of the work is fantastic, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you’re considering Closet by Design, ask for Edwin — you won’t be disappointed!

From the start, my experience with Closets by Design was top notch. Marie called me several times to try and accommodate my crazy schedule; the designer was top notch; and then Alex and his partner did an excellent job at installation of our shelving. They were customer service oriented, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Nice job! I would highly recommend Closets by Design.

Incredible design by Brittany that met all of my expectations. Greatly appreciated John coming out the day prior to installation to take out and dispose of the old closet organizing system. That made the job much easier on installation day for Isaac who was incredibly professional.
