Closets by Design - South Central Michigan

We could not be happier with our new closet by Closets by Design! Darriane did an amazing job designing our closet to fit our needs, budget, and style. The build team did an excellent job executing the plan and ensuring everything was done on the quoted timeframe. We’ve used Closets by Design in the past and will continue to be repeat customers!

From the initial consultation to the final installation, our experience with Closets by Design was fantastic. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and a genuine pleasure to work with. Great communication from the back office staff. Our design consultant Asma ask what are needs were and help put together a great design that would work in our environment. Our installer, Mikayl, was a true craftsman - his attention to detail is what truly set the project apart. We are beyond happy with our new closets and can't recommend this company enough.

We made the decision to rid our closet of the wire racks. After seeing an add on television a call was made to Closets by Design. Conner, the sales rep responded, took accurate measurements and made recommendations based on our need. He did not try to oversell by unnecessary options. A few weeks later the installation team arrived. Very respectful to us and our property. Within hours our project was complete. Needless to say we are more than happy with the result. Should you decide to upgrade, do not hesitate to give them a call.

We got cabinets to put in our garage to better organize it. These are high quality cabinets and totally changed the look of our garage. I tried doing it the cheap way by getting cupboards myself and putting them together. They were so cheap, hardly held anything, and eventually fell apart. Closets by Design was professional from the beginning to the end. Starting with Sandy, she did a beautiful drawing of what to expect and then kept in touch until they were installed. Billy and Dwayne, who installed the cabinets, did an amazing job. They cleaned up, were so polite, and very professional.

Brittany was great to work with, she added so much additional storage within our closet. She worked within the space and needs we had available in a friendly and helpful way. The install guys were quick, clean, and friendly. Highly reccomend!
