From start to finish, the process was smooth and enjoyable. Our new closet not only meets our needs but also adds elegance to our space. The materials are high-quality and well-crafted. Jennifer was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the design phase. She guided us seamlessly and made sure our vision came to life. On installation day, Luiz and Ralph were punctual and efficient. Their attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear they take pride in their work. This is our second time using Closets by Design (First with this location). First, Holly came to our house… three times! I know! We ended up making some changes and adding on! She was so accommodating! They worked with our budget and got four closets customized in our newly purchased home! The installers on time, clean and professional! Our house is 100 years old and so not everything was level. Crews adjusted on the fly and made everything work and look beautiful! We did have them come back and fix a space - again old house quirks - and again so professional and kind- they went back three times to make sure I loved it! I had an amazing experience with Closet by Design from start to finish. My designer Paulette was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, polite and really dedicated to her work. She made this process so easy, and worked with me until we created the perfect closet! She was even patient with me when I changed my mind on the design a couple times. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Charlie & Josh were the installers. They came on time and they were very polite and efficient. Very clean work. My closet came out beautifullll. I can’t thank Paulette enough for her design, and Charlie & Josh for making it happen!

I LOVE my closet! From start to finish Closets By Design were professional and efficient. Kaitlyn designed a closet perfect for my needs. Their communication was terrific. I couldn’t be happier!

Our sales person was great- attention to details/design and listened to our input (Jen). She was responsive and great at her job. Install people were respectful, clean, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable (Mitch and I don’t remember his name!). There was one small issue with the final product- waiting for the company to contact me about correcting it (sales and install people said they’re on it). I’m hoping post-sale will be as seamless at the rest of the experience. I recommend this company from design to execution.
