I have been wanting underfloor heating for a long time, but there seemed to be so many different components to having it installed. In doing research I came across WARMUP. I was able to speak to a representative and found Maria C. She was incredibly helpful and took time to explain to me all the ins and outs of having the floor installed. And when I called back to ask questions that she had already answered, she was very patient and kind. My floor is wonderful! My feet aren't cold anymore! Thank you WARMUP!

I recently had the floor heat installed, and am very unhappy with the experience so far. You cannot control the thermostat locally without first installing an app on your phone and setting up an account. The app is broken and does not let you create an account (verifying password always says they do not match). Searing online for help shows that this has been an issue for a while! Apparently the solution is to go to their website and create an account outside the app. Going to the website is not clear where to setup an account and only tries to give sales and pricing estimates. So frustrating.

I found the installation to be really easy, and customer service was very helpful. I had previous DIY experience installing vinyl plank flooring, and this was much easier. Working with electronics was new to me, but also that was quite clear (and I talked with customer service for some guidance).

I was in the process of remodeling my bathroom and had heard about WarmUp heated flooring systems from a friend. I reluctantly reached out to them thinking it would be a luxury way above my budget and add complexity to the project. WRONG. The WarmUp team listened to my needs and were able to recommend a perfect solution and a totally reasonable price. They helped me to order exactly what I needed and delivery was lightning fast. They also pointed me to detailed info/instructions on installation, which I shared with my contractor and he was shocked at how easy it was compared to other systems he's installed. My sister needed to find a solution to heat and store her bee hives in northern Wisconsin through the winter. I mentioned this to my neighbor and he suggested I contact Warmup. I was skeptical they would take the time to assist with such a small, abstract, one off project. Boy was I wrong! They designed a system for me that will accommodate 4 hives in an un heated shed. Keeping them in the goldilocks zone under 42 degree’s F, without trying to heat the shed. Amazing system! Flew out there last weekend and ran a new branch circuit to the shed. Constructed a heater unit in thin set between two pieces of plywood. The unit can be moved against the wall for the summer months. Totally impressed with the company, and the technology! John F
