Closets by Design - West Michigan

From start to finish I have been so pleased with this company. I reached out to them after seeing a Facebook ad. Their desinger, Cindy, met with me at my home and discussed options and took measurements of my kitchen pantry and master bedroom walk-in closet. Over the course of the next couple weeks, she patiently worked through the design plans with me until I was comfortable with what I ultimately decided on. Big THANKS to Caiden, who worked up the floor plans for both closets with 3d representations which was such a huge help. Krysteena was very attentive to our requirements and did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the sale process. On the day of installation, Jared and Lucas did an excellent job with the installation and were also very friendly and professional. From start to finish our experience was exceptional. Most importantly, the design, fabrication, and installation are all done in-house. No outside contractors are used, and the installers are involved in building the projects in the shop. Cindy was patient with us, and helped us create beautiful, efficient and cost effective designs for our laundry room closet, mudroom, and guest room Murphy bed. Not once did we feel like we were being "over sold". We discussed every detail before installation. Nothing was overlooked. I had a glass walk in closet with lights that turn on by a sensor when you walk in and it’s just beautiful! The glass doors are very well made and the price was affordable. I took advantage of their 40% sale which brought down the cost. My only complaint is that I didn’t get a CAD drawing so I could see the design exactly beforehand instead of of a drawing on a piece of paper. I also wish they worked with an electrician so there isn’t any discrepancy in placement of outlets, etc. In the end , I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them. The designer made sure I have an extra 80 inches now in my walk in closet, which is huge! I also had a shoe closet put in my lower level which will hold about 70 pairs of shoes.
