We had a wonderful experience with Closets of Virginia. We were looking to transform a small nook in the playroom into storage but didn't know exactly what we wanted. Steven came for the consultation, I told him what our needs were, and he had great ideas on what could and could not be done with the space. I trusted his expertise on dimensions and they ended up being perfect. I love that the shelves are adjustable so you don't feel like you are locked into a permanent decision. He gave us our quote very quickly and he was very responsive whenever we reached out. Zach, the installer was extremely professional and had great attention to detail. He noticed that one of the pieces would end up leaving a bit of a gap due to our walls being uneven. He had a new piece cut to be picked up and still

Had a very pleasant custom closet experience. Steven came out and walked me through all of the details, layouts and material options. He reworked several quotes for me based on my needs and was very patient and professional. His team was efficient and based on the quality of work, others in my network are now interested in working with him.

So lucky I found them! I had quoted everyone!! I had almost given up. Vicky is a natural and offered very practical advice. Her design provided us with an organized, beautiful space- at a reasonable price. We are picky people. The materials used were great and we have our dream closet. The installer was quick and professional. He was on time. Unlike some others, who proposed we do our own tear out of our wire shelving, this company did the tear out of our old closet!! I highly recommend this company.

Great final result of our pantry system. Stephen came with some great ideas and sent a nice 3d model of his plan. Cost is very reasonable, especially when compared to those install it yourself systems. I can fit so much more in my pantry now compared to our previous wire rack system. Would recommend
