Poor communication and not reliable at all.. I called last month to request under stairs storage installation which they confirmed could be serviced in my location. To be honest, Michael Ampuja came out and he seemed very friendly and professional. He told me he would contact me back within 3-5 business days for a follow-up on the design sketch. After 10 days of no response, I called him and he said he would send it in 1-2 days. Another week goes by and I call him again, he said he would send it that night. Yeah that didn't happen either. I contacted him one more time this morning and it is now the EOD still have not heard back. It's pretty frustrating to have to chase people. I feel like my time has been wasted.
