A beautiful kitchen/laundry room update thanks to Cloud 9. I experienced great collaboration and communication with Alex and Dawn throughout the project when any questions came up. I trust Dawn's vision on how to get things done properly. She and her work crew were prompt and courtesy everyday. They even helped with our senior dog. I would definitely use them again. I can honestly say, I’m a perfectionist when it comes to having work done on my home — I almost always find flaws and nitpick everything. That said, Cloud 9 recently completed a few projects for me, and I can truly say I’m 100% happy with the results. They customly built/painted a storage bench and install new back door, and the craftsmanship is flawless — a solid 10/10. I am so happy with our bathroom remodel! Alex and Dawn took out a closet and used that space to turn our powder room into a full bath. The work was done beautifully and on schedule.
