the service person was ver polite & friendly. he explained the filter changes & gave me the size for the future. he even went and picked up a new one for me in the next town. my system is in a crawl space & i was so very thankful for him! great guy! great service!

Ryan was here early took his time to assess the work was able to give me an accurate price and the amount of time it would take for him to do The job. He was very neat and thorough and checked out my entire system heating and cooling. I was able to hook up my humidifier correctly and cleaned up after himself, he left the job as He found it. It was very neat and explained everything to me. I’m very happy with his work and his knowledge and his patience to explain to me everything that he had done.

The staff was professional, considerate, and prioritized safety in my home. The equipment was about 20 years old and Sean worked diligently to get me the best offer with three different quote options. I will keep my contract after the level of care and effort all of the Laury team members(Martin, Hugo, and Shane) exhibited before, during, and after my service request.

Anthony and his partner (whose name I've forgotten, sorry) were capable, friendly and very courteous! No problem there. Our gripe is having to pay for the replacement check valve which the previous duo should never have installed when the well pump system was installed. I t had leaked terribly (Anthony and his partner surely brought back the defective part. Although we did not have to pay for labor, it bothers us about this part needing replacement so soon. The prior well pump system had a check valve that lasted for nearly 20 years! You folks sent Anthony out to check our plumbing and he did a wonderful job checking EVERYTHING! Thank goodness he found this corroded check valve that had leaked for some time. (He even told us there was a puddle o watewr surrounded by cave crickets! Ugh.I wa

I called because I had a gas leak in my furnace and the gas company shut off my gas until it was fixed. I needed an emergency service because due to the extremely cold weather I couldn’t go without my heat. From the time I called it only took a little over two hours for my technician Alyssa to get there. She was friendly, helpful , and worked very hard to get my heat up and running. The pricing was great especially because it was an emergency visit. I don’t know what I would have did if they hadn’t come out as fast as they did . Thank you !!!
