I’ve been using Cloud9 for my carpet cleaning for years. They are prompt, courteous, affordable, and do a great job. I recently had an “emergency” job to get out a palate of makeup my kid decided to grind into the carpet. They were able to get to me next day with their superstar technician Ouriel. I was very happy with the photos that I reviewed of the cleaning done at my rental property. Setting up the appointment was easy, as Alicia helped save an appropriate time that I could offer my tenant. As for the cleaning, the problem areas looked much better, and the overall job was well done. Even better, it was less money than I had been expecting to pay.HIghly recommended.
