Clozermatic Garage door

These guys did a great job. But not only that, they gave me the best price out of all the other companies i priced. They explained how to keep my garage doors working and maintain them so that they last as long as possible. They did everything they could to make accommodations for my schedule and the customer service was impeccable. All i can tell you is that if you call some of the other companies for estimates just make sure you call them last and you will discover that they have the best prices. And if you use their service you will never use any of the others. They are fast and reliable and a credit to their field.

I’m so thankful for these guys. Professional, respectful and helpful I must say. They came to my rescue for a replacement garage door and not only do they have updated New models of all styles they offered me a good reasonable price. On time, quick service and the other guys I called tried to hustle and charge triple what I had to pay with clozermatic. I got very good service, a quality product, and a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure to have them at my house and they did many things that they didn’t even charge me for. I would recommend them to anyone and feel confident in them to provide the same service and quality work.

How can you improve on excellence. A year ago had both my garage doors overhauled. Yesterday one of the brackets holding the tension bars came loose, called clozematic at 6am, they were there at 8. Promptly reassembled the system cleaned up afterwards and said, no charge, everything was still under warranty

Fantastic service. I called and left a message Friday after hours, maybe 7? Jeremey was here by 8:30 the next day and had our door fixed--including a special part machined--within an hour. Fair price, great service, clean in the house and friendly with my kids. Would certainly recommend!

I called Monday and made an appointment for yesterday Oct.1. The technician was going to come between 2-5. They were to call me 30 minutes out. Around 4:10 I called to see what the estimated arrival time was going to be and was told by the woman answering the phone that she would contact dispatch and call me back. After 30 minutes I called back and was told that an answering service was taking the calls. Finally at 5 00 I called back and left a message for the owner to please call me. I still have not heard from anyone. This company feels that it is OK to have people waste 3 hours waiting for someone to come and service their garage door and not respond at all.
