Cluff Carpet One Floor & Home

I was looking for some discontinued floor tile but was having no luck until I called Cluff. The team called the manufacturer, tracked down 4 boxes of the tile I needed, and had the tile shipped from Arizona to their warehouse in Waterford. Excellent customer service from nice, knowledgeable professionals. I will definitely go back to Cluff for my next flooring project. Thank you!

Recently had Cluffs replace tile kitchen floor with hardwood that matches the rest of my living area as well as install new flooring in bath. Very reliable and excellent job abutting new wood flooring to old flooring not an easy task. I have used them on 3 different properties and would not go anywhere else. All in all, we had a positive experience, especially with Cassandra. I was only moderately satisfied with the installation. First, we have a very large room but only 1 person showed up for the install. I don't know if the company was trying to save money on labor charges, but the owner came to help carry the carpet up to the room because I would not allow only the 1 installer to do it alone. The installer had very limited English skills, and frankly that bothered me most. The carpet was cut incorrectly, but the installer was able to make it work by adding additional seams. Some re-work was required and Cluff took care of the problems (this time with the 1 installer and his regular helper). We're still waiting for the main seam to settle.

Wonderful experience. Great quality merchandise. Cassandra was so helpful and pleasant and Richie, the installer, did a great job. Highly recommend Cluff’s and would use them again.
