As a real estate agent, our inspection timelines are very tight. Robert was extremely helpful and responded quickly. He was able to get someone out immediately and turned around to give my client a detailed estimate. Will absolutely be recommending him to other clients.

Danny came by today to check our 2 gas fireplaces. Quickly determined the source of the problem was minor. His charges were very reasonable. Happy to recommend him.

Not sure about this company or their services but I can say that at least one of their drivers shouldn’t have a license. Aggressive driving, cutting everyone off, bullying behavior on the road, ran 45mph through a school zone, used a dedicated right turn lane to rush past traffic just to shove themselves back into the active lanes at the intersection. Not a good look for a company truck plastered with logos and phone numbers.

I was trying to give this company 0 stars, but the least it will allow is 1. They said my whole chimney liner needed replaced, that it was torn apart and unsafe to be running utilities through. This information was sat on for over 24hrs, if it was unsafe as the homeowner I should have been notified immediately. This is an UNCERTIFIED llc, that has no certifications with any fire and safety organizations. I had a certified and professional company come out who scoped the Utility Flu with picture and descriptions stating that the flu is 100% sealed from top to bottom with one small dent as a defect. My guess is that Clutter's "worker" never even climbed on the roof to look in my chimney. If you are considering Clutter's I would HIGHLY recommend using a certified company that knows what they

They were great. Super professional and friendly. I couldn’t say enough good things about them. Clutter is an outstanding dude! I have always been impressed by him as a person and as a businessman. Truly great customer care. I believe you will be extremely impressed by how they treat your individual needs. I cannot more highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a servicing of their chimney.
