Mark's Heating & Cooling

I was impressed with Mark’s H&C level of professionalism and knowledge. They respond quickly to your heating and cooling needs. It is been hard for me to find a good reliable company. I am looking no further. I highly recommend them.

Great company have used them for all my rental properties as well as my residence for over 6 years. They were able to successfully repair my zoned system and others were not. Quick response time and reasonable pricing.

Yesterday was the 2nd time Mark's Heating & Cooling has demonstrated their willingness to go the extra mile to help me. They have completed 4 separate projects for me in the last 5 years. I was doing a small uncomplicated DIY project only to find, upon completion, my heat pump and thermostat wouldn't power up. I called Mark's, they answered the phone (no AI bot), (while on vacation in another country!) I explained my DIY project, they offered advice, I replaced the fuse, problem solved. Cost to me, $ 0.79. I'm sure another firm would have insisted on sending a technician and charged me $250.

After the install at the time of payment, the technician presented me an invoice with an additional charge than I was quoted and that I had a quote copy of. He offered and I accepted a call made by him to the office / Mark from his cellphone. He put the call on speaker for the conversation. As I conversed with Mark, the technician spoke to me also. I stated that I was speaking to Mark and told the technician I would speak to him afterwards. The technician continued to interrupt. Three times I asked him to wait until I was done speaking to Mark. I stated I didn't want to speak with both of them at the same time. The technician said I was using his phone. I reminded him that he asked me if I wanted him to call Mark to discuss the invoice. This technician got argumentative and angry. He asked
