Energy Pro Windows & Siding

I absolutely adore the job Energy-Pro did on our home. Charles was extremely helpful, and I owe him some red beans and rice. lol. The pricing was comparable. They were very professional; they listened and acted on our concerns. There were some issues with the contracted installer they hired. The contractor in question was VERY professional with an excellent work ethic, his whole team quit after working only one day. The contractor ended up completing the job alone. They installed new windows, siding and gutters on our home, perfectly. My only issue was the clean up process. We have a gravel driveway, they did not put down a tarp to catch any nails and debris they removed. They did provide a dumpster, but, my husband and I had to go behind them to clean up the additional nails they did not

Wonderful product and great installers! Shout out to Chris and Dalton! They arrived, were very careful with the installation (Chris has to be IN our bath tub while Dalton was on the ladder), cleaned up (you’d never know they were here) and explained care, operation and warranty. Very professional AND friendly. It’s nice to see both are important attributes to Energy Pros. We highly recommend this company and would use them again!

We were recommended to hire Energy Pro through a couple of contractors. We were extremely pleased with their workmanship. I would advise scheduling months ahead of when they are installed, especially if you have any special requests such as change in color. I was surprised that they enclosed the casement around the windows, so I no longer have to paint that, which is a blessing! I would recommend Energy Pro for window replacement and a special thanks to Aaron, Luke, Chris, Vern, and Rosie!

We are thrilled with our new windows and sliding glass door from Energy Pro! From their initial visit to installation, the entire experience was great. Charles provided all the information we needed and answered our questions without an annoying sales pitch or needless pressure, the office staff was friendly and easy to work with, and Luke and his team did a terrific job with installation. The windows are high quality and extremely competitive pricing. Overall we couldn't be more happy with Energy Pro and highly recommend them!
