Very special thanks to the Clyde Smith and his team for their fast response when our business air conditioner went down in the middle of the 100 degree day. Clyde and his staff really care about their customers and it shows. i would highly recommend them to anyone that needs heating and air service in the Charlottesville area.

Overcharged. Below is an email sent as response to their invoice of $95 for 5-10 minutes. Their office is 1 minute from our house. They basically responded to my call with a -too bad, so sad-. 'I disagree with this charge. The technician was here for 5-10 minutes. It was our mistake of a thermostat setting (although we had previously checked that the fan was on 'auto' rather than 'on'). If there is a charge $95 then I expect at least a general overview/check of the system before leaving. Clyde Smith installed the system and has maintained it up to this point. I have recommended the business both personally and professionally. If this is your position then I will no longer be able to work with or refer Clyde Smith to friends and clients.'

Wow! I've with several different heating and air companies in the area, these guys are the best buy far! Very professionally abs knowledgeable. I'll be signing a full time contract with them on Monday!
