My husband and I are pleased to know we choose Clyde Johnson Contracting & Roofing to do our roof replacement after our roof was damaged by a tornado in October 2024. They met all our expectations. Communication was effective and efficient. Roofers were professional and respectful. They cleaned their work area everyday at the end of their work day. They displayed knowledge and wisdom as they removed existing roof as well as reroof our home while existing gutter remained in tact. Cost was affordable in comparison to other roofers we reached out to. Materials used were of the highest standard and was placed at location before work began. The house is over a month into new roof installation and all things are great. Rain fell and wind blew and all is well.

They arrived within 4 hours. I was in shock loosing porch, laundry and shop areas. Their team was amazing, very professional, quick and kind.They assessed the damages and installed a roof material better than the original I think.They secured windows, doors and removed debris so I can safely enter and exit my home to begin dealing with this disaster. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also a pleasure to collaborate with, making them my go-to for roofing and contracting needs.

The roof looks good but for the price it better. What I have to comment/warn about is the clean up afterwards. I expressed my concerns clearly and had them return to clean the yard since I have small children that run around barefoot. This afternoon which is 3 months after the roof was complete between me and my wife we have continued to find pieces of sharp tin laying throughout my yard and luckily neither of my children have found them. These pieces have been anywhere from the size of a quarter to the size of a dollar bill. Not to mention the trash we found stuffed in our hedges that was left after the second cleanup. The roof is amazing can’t complain about that they were quick and efficient but maybe slowdown and do a better clean up. P.S. 5 min of walking my yard with a magnet
