I called and told the woman on the phone that I was having plumbing issues. I told her how often I have the septic pumped, once a year to which she said that is far too often. I said I think there might be an issue elsewhere. The septic was not full and all of my piping going into the septic was on the ground in plain sight as the straps holding it up were broken. Instead of assessing, and picking up the piping, they pumped the septic and wanted to charge an additional fee to come back and look at the piping. That is horrible business practice. I do not recommend.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Have used them four times over the past 15 years and they have NEVER let me down. They even came out on Thanksgiving once to save the day! In a pinch once I called "Worry Free" plumbing for a simple toilet clear and after 3 days they hadn't even returned my call! I'll be sticking with Pam's! The fact that they will come out again FREE OF CHARGE if your problem reoccurs within 2 weeks gave me such peace of mind.

I had to have my septic tank drained, and Pam's was able to take care of us right away. The technicians Latosha and Mike were professional and courteous. I'm grateful, and highly recommend them to anyone.

We Call them this morning and they were here by 2pm, we appreciate their prompt response, very professional over the phone and the job was done fast and effectively, the gentleman was very professional as well

I would definitely recommend this company. I have worked with them twice replacing and repairing broken interior and exterior faucets and they were very professional. The price was also very reasonable. And the guys that came out to repair the leak displayed confidence in the work that was done.
