Spoke with them this am and they were extremely rude not even sorry for charging me and never delivering as promised. The owner failed to do the right thing and accept their wrong doing. And it’s very very obvious that I’m not the only one this is happening to based off past reviews. I HIGHLY SUGGEST H&M fuel for same day delivery and their prices were 50 cent less a gallon then this place that just wants to charge peoples cards and fail to deliver the products Been using them for the whole start of 2025 and one delivery in 2024. I have had zero issues till now. I order oil Friday Feb 28th was promised a delivery the following day (march 1st) last time they didn’t deliver until almost 8pm so I have then the chance 8pm rolled around still nothing an hr later our heat ran out. I am very impressed with this company and specifically their heating technician. Romel Is very impressive! The technician from the other oil company ‘Griffith oil” was not going to do anything else for me until I purchased a New Tank and all the parts that go with it. We are in the middle of a polar vortex and what he wanted me to do with buying the new tank would not have helped Romel diagnosed the real problem tuned up my furnace and got my house warm again for about $350. I highly recommend this company and they are my new source for heating oil and all of my heating needs thanks again

C&M is by FAR the best oil company I’ve ever used. Not only is their delivery service fast and efficient and their customer service professional and helpful, they are more than $1 less per gallon than the price I was quoted by SMO. Highly recommend.

I always call right before they close. They talk to you as if they are your family member. In the mist of my panicking, they are so calm. They have never failed to show up the next day. Always earlier than they promise. They are about their business. After filling the oil tank, they write out receipt, put it in my mailbox and move on to the next person in need. I wouldn't change this provider for no-one. This company is awesome!!!!!!!

I just got a call from Ashley when the delivery was for my grown daughter, in a different home, different number. She told me this was the number associated with the account....Which was an outright lie. Ashley is rude, she will keep you on hold several times for long periods with out any kind of apology. This company will promise the stars when trying to get your new business and they way under deliver at the end of the day... You would do far better to pay more and receive the customer service you pay for. Long story short, they were calling my daughter to tell her the legs on her tank were too long and they couldn't deliver because of it. That's funny, they delivered to her several times last year. Worse yet they had already taken payment and when my daughter told them she needed oil
